We make everything in small batches and stand behind every product. If something isn't right — it arrived damaged, a seal was broken, or it's just not working for your skin — email us at hey@nia.beauty and we'll make it right. No lengthy process, no forms. Just a conversation.
We typically resolve issues with a replacement product, sent at no cost to you.
We ask that you reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Because our products are skin-care items, we're not able to accept returns of opened or used products — but if something genuinely didn't work for you, we'd rather know about it and find a solution than have you stuck with something you can't use.
We trust our customers to be honest with us. We're a small, local business — every product that goes out the door is made by hand. We appreciate the same care and integrity in return.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States via USPS. Shipping rates depend on your location and order size and are calculated at checkout.
Processing time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. We're a small batch operation — not Amazon — and we think that's worth saying plainly. Your order gets personal attention before it leaves.
Heat-sensitive products: Our Rosehip + Tallow Face Balm is heat-sensitive and ships via expedited shipping only. Local delivery customers are not affected.
